摘要
文章通过分层回归,分析了显性权属意识、隐性权属意识和社会信任对老年人主动利用家庭医生签约服务的影响关系。结果显示:显性权属意识、隐性权属意识和社会信任对老年人主动利用家庭医生签约服务均具有显著影响。由此提出注重签约流程"仪式感"、加强签约服务内容解读、建立熟人"朋友圈"等策略建议。
The relationship among the awareness of explicit rights,awareness of implicit rights,social trust and the active use of family doctors’contracted services of the elderly was analyzed with hierarchical regression method,which showed that the awareness of explicit rights,awareness of implicit rights and social trust had significant influence on the active use of family doctor’s contracted services of the elderly.Therefore,some suggestions such as focusing on the contracting process,explaining the content of contracted services,and establishing acquaintance relationship were proposed.
