摘要
当今世界,金融已深嵌至社会生活的方方面面。金融安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,防范化解金融风险关乎经济社会发展全局。金融以其功能促进经济发展、社会进步,又能以其风险危及国家安全。本文首先结合相关研究分析了金融安全的内涵意义,认为金融安全是金融系统在内外条件下保持正常运转,并与经济发展相协调,助力国家安全的一种状态。然后从金融体系、金融创新和外部环境三方面分析了影响金融安全的主要因素。本文最后提出,要用科技提高风险防范能力、以法律筑牢金融安全之基、让监管守住金融安全底线,三管齐下防范化解金融风险,维护国家金融安全。
In today's world,finance has been deeply embedded in every aspect of social life.Financial security is an important part of national security,preventing and defusing financial risks bears on overall economic and social development.Finance promotes economic development and social progress with its functions,and endangers national security with its risks.Firstly,this paper analyzes the connotation and significance of financial security based on relevant research,and thinks that financial security is a state in which the financial system can maintain normal operation under internal and external conditions,coordinate with economic development and help national security.Then from the financial system,financial innovation and external environment,it analyzes the three main factors affecting financial security.Finally,it proposes to use science and technology to improve the risk prevention ability,build a solid foundation for financial security by law,let supervision guard the bottom line of financial security,prevent and resolve financial risks in three ways,and maintain national financial security.
