摘要
数字新闻伴随互联网诞生,至今已有20多年。数字新闻实践的发展呼唤与之相关的理论建设。因此,探索、发展与创新数字新闻理论,回答数字新闻实践提出的一系列理论问题,成为新闻传播学界一项迫在眉睫的任务。本文通过对国内外数字新闻研究文献的梳理,阐释数字新闻的内涵以及数字新闻研究态势,分析数字新闻理论研究视角,探讨用社会科学方法研究数字新闻理论的方向和任务,在借鉴当代新闻传播理论和跨学科理论的基础上探索我国数字新闻理论发展与创新路径。
Digital journalism was born with the advent of the Internet more than twenty years ago. The development of digital journalism calls for theory building in the burgeoning area. It is therefore an imperative task to explore theories concerning digital journalism, develop new and innovative theories, and answer a series of questions raised by digital journalism practices. Through an extensive review of the literature regarding digital journalism, this article explains what digital journalism is and how digital journalism studies evolve, analyzes the research approaches of digital journalism studies for theory development, and discusses the directions and major tasks of developing theories of digital journalism through social science approach. It proposes the pathway of theory development and innovation in the Chinese context based on theories of media and communication and other interdisciplinary theories and the corresponding studies of digital journalism.
