摘要
目的了解高职实习护生的实习线上教学需求和现状,探讨利用移动新媒体手段提升护理实习质量的效果。方法2020年10月—2021年6月采用电子调查问卷的方式对山东某医护类高职院校2018级在岗实习护生进行调查,选取该校的1个实习班级进行实践研究。结果89.74%的实习护生对学校开展实习线上教学有需求。线上教学在思政价值观培育、就业能力及升学、补差性理论和技能学习、心理健康教育等4个方面的目标意义得到实现,学生的响应度在60.65%~98.08%,实习鉴定综评优秀率为92.00%,有显著提高。结论移动网络和新媒体应用有助于完善医校协同育人、全程育人模式,提升高职护理实习质量和护理人才培养质量。
Objective To investigate the online teaching needs and current situation of probationer nurses in higher vocational colleges,and to explore the effect of using mobile new media to improve the quality of nursing practice.Methods From October 2020 to June 2021 the electronic questionnaire was used to investigate the 2018 Probationer nurses in a higher vocational nursing college in Shandong Province,an internship class were selected for practical research.Results 89.74%of interns have a demand for online internship teaching in schools.The goal and significance of online teaching in four aspects:cultivation of ideological and political values,employability and further education,supplementary theory and skill learning,and mental health education had been realized.The response rate of students was between 60.65%and 98.08%,and the overall evaluation excellent rate of internship appraisal was 92.00%,which was significantly improved.Conclusion The mobile network and new media applications can help improve the collaborative education and full-course education model of medical schools,and improve the quality of vocational nursing practice and the quality of nursing talent training.
