摘要
由于当前乡村旅游开发与村落资源环境之间的矛盾日益突出,探讨和分析了江西省赣南客家传统村落的人居环境和乡村旅游现状,总结了旅游开发面临的生态意识认知不足、政策标准约束缺失、资金投入力度不够三大主要困境,并针对现状与问题提出了加强教育培训、提升生态意识,完善政策体系、推进环境整治,加大资金投入、强化经济支撑,保护为主、适度开发,改善农村公共基础设施及创新管理运营模式和提升服务水平六大应对策略与开发实施途径。
At present,the contradiction between rural tourism development and village resources and environment is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on this,this paper discusses and analyzes the Jiangxi Hakka traditional village living environment and rural tourism,and summarizes three major dilemmas of insufficient ecological awareness,lack of policy and standard constraints.According to the current situation and problems,six coping strategies and implementation are put forward such as strengthening education and training,improving ecological awareness,perfecting policy systems,promoting environmental improvement,increasing capital investment,strengthening economic support,protection and moderate development to improve rural public infrastructures and innovation management operation mode and service levels.
