面向工业反渗透浓水零排放的膜浓缩技术研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 反渗透技术在工业废水处理及回用领域已经较为成熟,但该过程会产生大量的反渗透浓水。为了实现废水零排放,需要对这部分浓水进一步膜浓缩。综述了碟管式反渗透、电渗析、膜蒸馏和正渗透4种膜浓缩技术在反渗透浓水处理方面的研究进展,分析了典型膜浓缩技术的工艺原理、特点、适用范围及实际应用状况,对未来膜浓缩工艺的发展方向进行了讨论,以期为工业反渗透浓水的零排放技术提供新思路。 Reverse osmosis is a mature technology used in the field of industrial wastewater treatment and reuse, however, a large amount of reverse osmosis concentrate produced during the process, which is necessary to be further concentrated so as to achieve zero wastewater discharge. The research progress of four membrane concentration technologies: disc tube reverse osmosis, electrodialysis, membrane distillation and forward osmosis in reverse osmosis concentrate treatment were elaborated, the process principle, characteristics, range of application and actual application status of the above typical membrane concentration technologies were analyzed. Besides,the future development direction of membrane concentration technology was discussed, so as to provide a new idea for industrial reverse osmosis concentrate zero discharge.
