摘要
苏通GIL综合管廊传输线路长、电压等级高,当管廊出现火源时,如果处理不及时将造成严重后果。为提升苏通GIL综合管廊发生事故时的应急能力,建立了一套智慧消防监控系统,以提高综合管廊的安全性与可靠性。首先,通过对管廊内部条件进行分析,确定建立智慧消防系统的可行性;然后,根据现场条件建立整个消防监控的实施架构,并以云平台为开发平台,完成各个子系统数据的采集、传输、与展示。根据实际需求,所设计的GIL综合管廊消防系统不仅具有面对SF6气体泄露与火灾事故的快速消防功能,同时还具备人员定位、应急疏散和应急避难等保护人员生命的价值功能,可降低事故带来的损失。整个管廊监控系统以云平台为技术支持,将多个子系统进行统一集成管理,最终实现智慧消防的目标。
The Sutong GIL utility tunnel transmission line is long and the voltage level is high.When there is a fire source in the pipe gallery,if it is not handled in time,it will cause serious consequences.In order to improve the emergency response capability of Sutong GIL utility tunnel in case of accident,a set of intelligent fire monitoring system was established to improve the safety and reliability of utility tunnel.Firstly,by analyzing the internal conditions of the pipe gallery,the feasibility of establishing intelligent fire control system is determined.Then,according to the field conditions,the implementation framework of the whole fire monitoring is established,and the cloud platform is used as the development platform to complete the data collection,transmission and display of each subsystem.According to the actual demand,the designed GIL utility tunnel fire control system not only has the function of fast fire control in the face of SF6 gas leakage and fire accidents,but also has the value functions of protecting the lives of personnel such as personnel positioning,emergency evacuation and emergency refuge,which can reduce the losses caused by accidents.The whole pipe gallery monitoring system is supported by the cloud platform,which integrates and manages multiple subsystems in a unified way,and finally achieves the goal of intelligent fire fighting.
