摘要
目的探讨AP合并DM疾病患者实施整体护理对患者护理质量及护理满意占比的影响。方法将该院2019年1月—2021年1月50例AP患者为研究对象,数字表随机法分两组。对照组给予常规护理,整体护理组实施整体护理。比较两组护理前和护理后APACHEⅡ评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、护理质量评分(护理服务的态度、护理操作技术、护理沟通技巧)、护理满意占比、接受治疗天数。结果护理前两组APACHEⅡ评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者的APACHEⅡ评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而整体护理组APACHEⅡ评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体护理组的护理质量评分(护理服务的态度、护理操作技术、护理沟通技巧)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体护理组的护理满意占比高于对照组,接受治疗天数短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AP患者实施整体护理可改善患者病情,可提高护理质量,缩短接受治疗天数,提高患者的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic care for patients with AP combined with DM disease on the quality of care and the proportion of care satisfaction. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 50 AP patients in the hospital were selected as the research objects, and the digital table was randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care, and the overall nursing group was given holistic care. Compared the two groups of pre-and post-nursing APACHEⅡ scores, fasting blood glucose, 2 h post-meal blood glucose, nursing quality score(nursing service attitude,nursing operation technology, nursing communication skills), the proportion of nursing satisfaction, the number of days of treatment. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in APACHE Ⅱ score, fasting blood glucose, and 2 h post-meal blood glucose measured 2 h after meal. After nursing, APACHEⅡscore, fasting blood glucose, 2 h post-meal blood glucose were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The APACHEⅡ score, fasting blood glucose measurement, and 2 h post-meal blood glucose in the overall care group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The nursing quality score(nursing service attitude, nursing operation technique, nursing communication skills) of the overall nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The percentage of nursing satisfaction in the overall nursing group was higher than that in the control group, and the number of days of treatment was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of holistic care for AP patients can improve the patient’s condition, improve the quality of care, shorten the number of days of treatment, and increase the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
