摘要
随着社会的发展,民用建筑日益复杂,建筑高度日益拔高,当发生火灾时,由烟囱效用、火风压等因素,会造成火势的急剧蔓延,严重威胁了人民的生命财产安全。因此,提高民用建筑火灾初战效能,第一时间控制火势,显得至关重要,这也是消防队伍在扑救民用建筑火灾中亟需解决的问题。文章通过论述民用建筑火灾初战效能的重要性,结合案例、问题分析、实战经验和理论分析等方式,提出提高民用建筑火灾初战效能的解决措施。
With the development of society,civil buildings are increasingly complex,building height is increasingly elevated,when a fire occurs,by the chimney utility,fire wind pressure and other factors,will cause the rapid spread of fire,a serious threat to people’s lives and property safety.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the effectiveness of the initial battle of civil building fires and control the fire at the first time,which is also a pressing problem for the firefighting team to solve in fighting civil building fires.The article discusses the importance of the initial combat effectiveness of civil building fires and proposes measures to improve the initial combat effectiveness of civil building fires by combining cases,problem analysis,practical experience,and theoretical analysis.
