摘要
目的探讨氟比洛芬酯联合羟考酮对宫颈癌子宫切除术患者术后疼痛程度、胃肠激素表达的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月承德医学院附属医院诊治的92例行宫颈癌子宫切除术治疗的患者作为研究对象。以随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,各46例。两组均采用全麻,对照组术后予以氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼镇痛,研究组术后予以氟比洛芬酯联合羟考酮镇痛。比较两组术前、术后6h、术后24h胃肠激素[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)]水平,比较两组术后1h、术后6h、术后12h、术后24h静息、运动状态下视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组术后6h、术后24h血清MTL、GAS水平均较本组术前降低,但研究组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1h、术后6h、术后12h、术后24h静息、运动状态下VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为13.04%,低于对照组的30.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯联合羟考酮应用于宫颈癌子宫切除术患者,可调节其术后的胃肠激素表达,减轻疼痛程度,减少不良反应发生情况。
Objective To investigate the effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with oxycodone on pain and gastrointestinal hormone expression after hysterectomy for cervical cancer. Methods 92 patients with cervical cancer who underwent hysterectomy in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. Both were given general anesthesia, the control group was given flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil for analgesia, and the study group was given flurbiprofen axetil combined with oxycodone for analgesia. The levels of gastrointestinal hormones [motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS)] before operation, 6 h and 24 h after operation, the scores of resting and exercise visual analogue scale(VAS) at 1 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after operation were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted. Results The levels of serum MTL and GAS in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 6 and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05). The VAS scores of the study group at 1 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.04%, lower than 30.43% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Flurbiprofen axetil combined with oxycodone in patients undergoing hysterectomy for cervical cancer can regulate the expression of gastrointestinal hormones, relieve of pain and reduce adverse reactions.
