摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发在产业、消费、投资和贸易等多个方面对我国经济转型升级造成了不同程度的影响。运用SWOT分析模型讨论疫情影响下,我国经济产业复苏与贸易升级的自身产业市场优势和经济发展基础劣势,探讨如何利用当前后疫情时代我国产业链转型升级和需求侧结构转变的战略机遇期实现经济复苏与向好发展,以应对疫情暴发所带来的贸易规模收缩、贸易体系结构性问题及产业价值链转移的挑战,并提出未来我国在宏观政策引导、产业链群深化、供需平衡管理及贸易格局转变等方面的对策建议。
The outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic has exerted varying degrees of influence on the transformation and upgrading of China’s economic which reflects in many aspects such as industry,consumption,investment and trade in the new period,overlaying new development pressure on the basis of the original development contradictions of China’s economy.Analyzing the advantages of economic recovery and trade upgrading in the perspective of market superiority,as well as disadvantage of foundation of economic development under the influence of COVID-19 pandemic by SWOT model,and exploring how to seize the period of strategic opportunity and achieve the goal of transformation and upgrading of industrial chain and structural transformation of demand side to assist economic recovery in the post-epidemic era,which in response to meet the challenge of shrinkage of trade scale,structural problems of trade system and transformation of industrial value chain under the influence of COVID-19 pandemic.It is also of vital importance that expounding several countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese government on the basis of the above analysis in the aspects of macro policy guide,deepening of industry chain,balance management of supply and demand and the changes of trading patterns.
