New Technology for Deck Prefabrication of Offshore Platform

摘要 针对传统甲板片预制工艺周期长,进度慢的缺点,本文研究阐明了一种新的甲板片预制工艺,主要是针对带主立柱甲板片的预制工艺改进,以曹妃甸11-1 X项目为例,通过对X项目甲板片预制过程的工艺优化,形成一种新的甲板片建造工艺,有效解决了传统甲板片建造工艺的诸多不足之处,提高了甲板片预制建造的效率,加快了场地周转利用,减少了吊机和人力资源,节约了项目建造成本,提高了工效,可为后续类似项目提供参考依据。 In view of the shortcomings of the traditional deck prefabrication process,a new deck prefabrication process is studied in this paper,which is mainly aimed at the improvement of the deck prefabrication process with main columns,through the optimization of the deck prefabrication process of Project X,a new deck prefabrication process has been developed,which effectively solves the shortcomings of the traditional deck prefabrication process and improves the efficiency of deck prefabrication,it speeds up the site turnover utilization,reduces the crane and the human resources,saves the project construction cost,enhances the work efficiency,may provide the reference basis for the follow-up similar project.
