摘要
自由时间是人的发展空间。大学生合理利用自由时间是现实之需,亦是时代要求。拥有丰裕的自由时间的大学生,由于对自由时间认知偏误、缺乏坚定的理想信念,出现了自由时间的利用异化现象,致使自由时间内外部结构失衡。实现大学生自由时间质与量的统一,引导大学生建构自由时间的意义世界,需要以明晰的来源认知为基础、以坚定的理想信念为向导。
Free time is the space for human development.The reasonable use of free time by college students is a realistic need and a requirement of the times.College students have ample free time.However,due to the misunderstanding of free time and lack of firm ideals and beliefs,their use of free time is alienated,resulting in an imbalance between the internal and external structures of free time.It needs to be based on clear source cognition and guided by firm ideals and beliefs to realize the unification of the quality and quantity of college students'free time,and to guide college students to construct the meaning world of free time.
