GC-MS测定水质中34种有机氯农药和氯苯类化合物 被引量:2

Determination of 34 Organochlorine Pesticides and Chlorobenzenes in Water by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了液液萃取、气相色谱-质谱法测定水质中34种有机氯农药和氯苯类混合物的分析方法;样品用正己烷液液萃取两次,萃取液浓缩后加入内标并定容至1.0 mL,用气相色谱-质谱仪进行了测定。结果表明:其方法检出限范围为0.009~0.045μg/L,相对偏差范围为1.1%~8.2%,加标回收率范围为63%~112%,可见采用该方法对地表水中的34种有机氯农药和氯苯类进行测定时,方法检出限低,重现性好,适用于水质中有机氯农药和氯苯类化合物的测定。 An analytical method for the determination of 34 organochlorine pesticides and chlorobenzene mixtures in water quality by liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has been established;The sample were extracted twice with n-hexane liquid,concentrated with the internal calibration and determined to 1.0 mL by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The results showed that the relative deviation of 34 organochlorine pesticides and chlorobenzenes in water is 0.009μg/L~0.045μg/L,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 1.1%and 8.2%;the recovery rate of samples is between 63%and 112%;indicating that the method has low limit and good reproducibility and is suitable for the determination of organochlorine pesticides and chlorobenzenes in water.
