建立一种医疗器械材料体外激活血小板的新方法

摘要 医疗器械材料对血小板的激活与其表面性质、接触面积、接触时间和血小板的浓度等因素有关。首先使用家兔血液分别与不同的医疗器械材料进行接触反应,然后检测医疗器械材料接触血液后其血小板数量和形态学指标的变化,并在显微镜下观察分析血小板的数量和形态以对检测结果作进一步的确认和验证。最后统计分析血小板数量的变化和形态学的变化并且进行关联,从而建立一种医疗器械材料体外激活血小板的新方法,可以更科学、更准确地反映出医疗器械材料激活血小板的情况。 The activation of platelet by medical device materials is related to its surface properties,contact area,contact time and platelet concentration.Firstly,the rabbit blood is used for contact reaction with different medical device materials,and then the changes of platelet number and morphological indicators after the contact of medical device materials with blood are detected,and the number and morphology of platelet are observed and analyzed under a microscope to further confirm and verify the detection results.Finally,the changes of platelet number and morphology are statistically analyzed and correlated,so as to establish a new method of platelet activation by medical device materials in vitro,which can more scientifically and accurately reflect the situation of platelet activation by medical device materials.
