摘要
目的:探讨Masquelet膜诱导联合骨移植技术治疗长段骨缺损的临床疗效及影响因素。方法:分析本院自2016年6月~2020年6月8例应用Masquelet膜诱导联合骨移植治疗长段骨缺损患者的临床资料。观察记录手术并发症,骨缺损愈合及邻近关节功能恢复情况予以Paley法评价。结果:8例患者获6~24个月(平均11.6个月)随访。所有患者均恢复负重功能,Paley方法评价患肢骨缺损愈合良好,优良率90.5%。邻近关节活动度恢复良好,优良率为81.0%。并发症包括1例术口浅表感染,无内固定或外固定断裂,无感染复发。结论:Masquelet膜诱导联合骨移植治疗长段骨缺损具有操作简单、骨缺损愈合快、感染复发率低的优点,诱导膜完整性与骨愈合关系密切。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and influencing factors of Masquelet membrane induction combined with bone transplantation in the treatment of long bone defects.Methods:The clinical data of 8 patients with long bone defect treated with masquelet membrane induction combined with bone transplantation from June 2016 to June 2020 were analyzed.The complications,bone defect healing and functional recovery of adjacent joints were observed and recorded,and evaluated by Paley method.Results:8 patients were followed up for 6-24 months(average 11.6 months).All patients recovered weight-bearing function.Paley’s method showed that the bone defect healed well(excellent and good rate was 90.5%).The range of motion of adjacent joints recovered well,and the excellent and good rate was 81.0%.Complications included 1 case of superficial infection,no fracture of internal fixation or external fixation,and no recurrence of infection.Conclusion:Masquelet membrane induction combined with bone transplantation in the treatment of long bone defect has the advantages of simple operation,rapid bone defect healing and low infection recurrence rate.The integrity of induction membrane is closely related to bone healing.
