云南核桃丛枝病感病植株内源激素含量变化研究 被引量:3

Changes of Endogenous Hormones Levels in Infected Plants Associated with Juglans siggillata Witches’ Broom Disease

摘要 为探讨云南核桃丛枝病感病植株内源激素含量的变化情况,采用LC-MS/MS法测定云南核桃主产区楚雄、大理、临沧三地的感病和健康植株叶片中的24种内源激素的含量。共检测到11种内源激素,含量变化最大的是细胞分裂素类激素,该类激素在感病植株中的含量相对于健康植株均成倍增加,其中增加最多的是cZ,3个核桃主产区的感病植株cZ含量均为健康植株的3倍左右,且C/A值在感病叶中均高于健康叶;其次是ABA,感病植株ABA含量为健康植株的2倍左右;赤霉素类的GA_(7)仅仅在感病植株中被检测到。结果表明,核桃感染丛枝病后植株内源激素含量发生明显变化,表现为细胞分裂素增加,从而导致丛枝、叶片卷曲变小、腋芽萌生等丛枝病症状。 In order to investigate the changes of endogenous hormones in susceptible Juglans siggillata infected by phytoplasma,twenty four endogenous hormone contents in the leaves of susceptible and healthy plants from three main Juglans siggillata producting areas(Chuxiong,Dali and Lincang) in Yunnan were determined by LC-MS/MS.Eleven kinds of endogenous hormones were detected,among which the content of cytokinin were the most variable.Compared with healthy Juglans siggillata,the content of cytokinin in susceptible Juglans siggillata increased exponentially.Among them,the most increased was cZ.The cZ content of susceptible plants in the three main producting areas is about three times that of healthy plants,and the C/A value of susceptible leaves is higher than that of healthy leaves.The content of abscisic acid(ABA) in susceptible plants was about twice that of healthy plants;GA_(7) of gibberellins was only detected in susceptible plants.The results showed that the endogenous hormone content of Juglans siggillata infected with witches’ broom disease changed significantly,which showed that the increase of cytokinin and led to witches’ broom disease such as leaf curling and diminishing,and axillary bud sprouting.
