摘要 针对矿井整体输送线较长,采用单台输送机运行使得矿井整体能耗较大的问题,采用PLC分布式对多级带式输送机的自动运行控制进行研究,建立多级自动运行控制系统。经实践应用表明,该系统能实现矿井的整体节能,提高矿井的经济效益。 In view of the problem that the overall conveyor line of the mine is long and the use of single conveyor operation makes the overall energy consumption of the mine large,the automatic operation control of multi-stage belt conveyor is studied by means of PLC distributed control,and a multi-stage automatic operation control system is established.The practical application shows that the system can realize the overall energy saving of the mine and improve the economic efficiency of the mine.
