摘要
广州医科大学附属第六医院与清远职业技术学院院校合作开展护理专业现代学徒制人才培养,以“工学交替、双元育人”为指导,招收护理中专毕业生,培养技术技能型护理人才,毕业后学徒服务于基层医疗单位,实现学生、医疗单位和学校的“三赢”。文章从现代学徒制模式的角度对基层医疗单位培养护理人才的意义、育人过程及成效等方面进行分析,指出目前培养中存在的问题,提出相应建议,以进一步推动现代学徒制培养模式的开展。
Guided by on work-based learning and dual education system,the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University cooperated with Qingyuan Polytechnic to develop the modern apprenticeship of nursing,training for the technical skill-based nursing talents.The nursing graduates of the technical secondary school were recruited and cultivated to be the technical-skilled nurses.After graduation,they served the primary medical units to achieve a win-win for the students,the medical units and Qingyuan Polytechnic.This article introduces the significance,the training process and the effectiveness of nursing talents for the primary medical units under the modern apprenticeship model.It points out the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to promote the modern apprenticeship training model.
