摘要
目的:探讨不同肝病患者接受血清乙肝病毒(HBV)-DNA定量检测的阳性检出率及临床应用价值。方法:2019年7月-2019年12月收治肝病患者64例,均利用PCR荧光探针法进行血清HBV-DNA定量检测,观察统计肝病患者阳性检出率,对比不同类型肝病患者定量检测结果的差异性。结果:经临床诊断确诊肝损害20例,肝炎肝硬化19例,肝硬化失代偿期15例,肝功能异常10例;经HBV-DNA定量检测,肝损害患者的阳性检出率最高,其次为肝功能异常,肝炎肝硬化阳性检出率最低。对比不同类型肝病患者定量检测结果,肝硬化失代偿期患者检测结果高于其他患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清HBV-DNA定量检测可用于临床初步诊断肝病不同种类,特别对检出肝损害患者的阳性率最高,可为临床提供数据支持,早期鉴别诊断对疾病后续治疗有重要临床价值。
Objective:To explore the positive detection rate and clinical application value of serum HBV-DNA quantitative detection in patients with different liver diseases.Methods:From July 2019 to December 2019,64 patients with liver disease were selected,the quantitative detection of serum HBV-DNA was carried out by PCR fluorescent probe method,and the positive detection rate of patients with liver disease was observed and counted,we compared the differences in the quantitative test results of patients with different types of liver diseases.Results:After clinical diagnosis,20 cases of liver damage were diagnosed,19 cases of hepatitis and cirrhosis,15 cases of cirrhosis in decompensated stage,and 10 cases of abnormal liver function.By quantitative detection of HBV-DNA,the positive detection rate of patients with liver damage was the highest,followed by abnormal liver function,and the positive detection rate of hepatitis and liver cirrhosis was the lowest.Comparing the quantitative test results of patients with different types of liver diseases,the test results of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were higher than those of other patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative detection of serum HBV-DNA can be used for clinical preliminary diagnosis of different types of liver diseases,especially for the detection of liver damage in patients with the highest positive rate,which can provide clinical data support,and early differential diagnosis has important clinical value for subsequent treatment of the disease.
