摘要
机械法联络通道管片壁后注浆是改善端头沉降的有效方法,为研究注浆施工对联络通道及周围土层的影响,对隧道结构、联络通道受力及周围土层扰动等进行分析,以梁-弹簧模型为基础,建立带单侧约束边界的联络通道悬臂式多段地基梁组合结构模型,计算地表抬升量,并进行实时监测。研究结果表明,隧道结构、联络通道受力及周围土层扰动与切削、顶推、掘进、注浆等施工荷载有关;悬臂式多段地基梁组合结构模型计算结果较好,可基本反映实际情况;隧道结构沉降对初始顶推转角最敏感,其次为管片接头弹簧刚度系数,最后为基床系数;注浆施工可使地表抬升,抬升量与注浆位置、注浆量有关。
Grouting after mechanical method linked passageway pipe sheet’s wall is the valid method to improve the tip subsidence,by analyzing the tunnel structure load,linked passageway load and around earth layer turbulence to research the grouting construction influence for the linked passageway and around earth layer.Based on beam-spring model,this paper built the linked passageway cantilever type multiply sections foundation beam assemble structure model with single side restrain boundary,calculated the earth surface lift quantity and processed real time monitor.The research results show that,the tunnel structure load,linked passageway load and around earth layer turbulence relate to cutting,top pushing,digging,grouting.The calculate results of cantilever type multiply sections foundation beam assemble structure model are better,can reflect the actual situation.Tunnel structure subsidence is most sensitive at initial top push turn angle,the second is pipe sheet joint spring rigid coefficient,the final is foundation bed coefficient.Grouting construction can lift the earth surface,the lift quantity relate to grouting position and grouting volume.
