异形转轴梁是飞机舵面的主要承力结构,其加工难度大,效率低。本文介绍了异形转轴梁的加工难点,并详细介绍了其关键部分的型腔加工与排屑以及精铣外形的精度控制方法。
Special shaped rotating shaft beam is the main bearing structure of aircraft rudder surface,which is difficult to process and have low efficiency.The machining difficulties of special-shaped rotating shaft beam is introduced,and the cavity machining and chip removal of the key parts,as well as the precision control method of finish milling shape are introuced in detail.
