摘要
目的观察护患共同参与式护理对食管癌化疗患者的应用效果,以指导合理护理模式的制定。方法选取2018年9月至2020年11月洛阳东方医院的112例食管癌化疗患者,依据随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各56例。观察组进行护患共同参与式护理,对照组进行常规护理,分别观察并记录两组患者护理满意度、疾病知识掌握程度和不良情绪状况等指标。结果观察组和对照组在护理干预前的各指标差异无统计学意义,实施护理干预后,观察组各项指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护患共同参与式护理应用于食管癌化疗患者的护理中,能使患者实现自我照顾,有效缓解不良情绪,心态更加积极乐观,从而有益于患者的康复,提高治疗护理效果,对食管癌化疗的护理方案制定具有积极的意义和实际应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of nurse-patient participatory nursing on patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy,to guide the formulation of reasonable nursing model.Methods 112 patients with esophageal cancer treated with chemotherapy in Luoyang Dongfang Hospital from September 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(56)received routine nursing and the experimental group(56)received nurse-patient participatory nursing.The indexes of nursing satisfaction,mastery of disease knowledge and bad mood of patients were observed and recorded.Results There was no significant difference in the indexes between the experimental group and the control group before nursing intervention.After nursing intervention,the indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-patient participatory nursing in the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy can enable patients to realize self-care,effectively alleviate bad emotions,and have a more positive and optimistic attitude,which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients and improve the treatment and nursing effect.It has positive significance and practical application value for the formulation of nursing plan of esophageal cancer chemotherapy.
