摘要
目的:研究普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗对Ⅱ、Ⅲ级结膜松弛症患者眼部症状、泪膜及泪液分泌的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年4月-2020年12月本院收治的300例Ⅱ、Ⅲ级结膜松弛症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为常规组和试验组,每组150例。常规组采用常规治疗,试验组采用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗。比较两组眼部症状改善情况,泪膜稳定性[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)]及泪液分泌[SchirmerI试验(SIt),泪液羊齿状结晶试验(TFT)]情况。结果:治疗前,两组各项眼部症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项眼部症状评分均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BUT、FL、SIt值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BUT、SIt值均高于治疗前,FL值低于治疗前,且试验组BUT、SIt值均高于常规组,FL值低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组TFT正常率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗能有效减轻Ⅱ、Ⅲ级结膜松弛症患者眼部症状,提高泪膜稳定性和改善泪液分泌情况。
Objective:To study the effect of Pranoprofen Eye Drops combined with artificial tears on ocular symptoms,tear film stability and tear secretion of patients with grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ conjunctivochalasis.Method:The clinical data of 300 patients with grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ conjunctivochalasis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,150 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received Pranoprofen Eye Drops combined with artificial tears.The improvement of ocular symptoms,tear film stability[tear film breakup time (BUT),corneal fluorescein staining (FL)]and tear secretion[SchirmerI test (SIt),tear ferns crystallization test (TFT)]were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of ocular symptoms between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of ocular symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BUT,FL and SIt values between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,BUT and SIt values in both groups were higher than before treatment,FL value in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and BUT and SIt values in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,FL value in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The abnormal TFT rate in experimental group was higher than that in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pranoprofen Eye Drops combined with artificial tears can effectively alleviate the ocular symptoms,and improve the stability of tear film and tear secretion of patients with grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ conjunctivochalasis.
