摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平构树枝叶粉对马岗鹅生产性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响。选取体重无显著差异的120只健康20日龄马岗鹅,随机分成4组,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,添加的构树枝叶粉依次为0、5%、10%和15%。每组3个重复,每个重复10只,各自饲粮营养水平基本一致。结果显示:(1)ADG试验Ⅰ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组及试验Ⅲ组较对照组分别显著降低14.05%、27.61%(P<0.05);ADFI试验Ⅰ组略高于对照组(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组比对照组分别显著降低6.05%和11.07%(P<0.05);F/G随着构树枝叶粉含量的升高而增大,试验Ⅰ组比对照组略高但差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组比对照组显著升高9.98%(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组比对照组升高23.75%(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验组屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率均有提高,且构树枝叶粉添加水平越高,试验组屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率也越高;腹脂率试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅰ组分别比对照组降低60.86%、52.91%和40.06%(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验组马岗鹅血清中的TP、ALB、AST和ALP均有一定程度的提高,TG和TC水平有一定程度的降低,UA水平显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在本试验条件下,马岗鹅饲粮添加5%构树枝叶粉可获得较好的生产性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标。
This experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of dietary different levels of Broussonetia papyrifera twig leaves(BPTL) on growth performance,slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of Magang goose.A total of 120 healthy Magang geese aged 20 days with similar weight and were randomly divided into four groups:the control group,trial groupⅠ,trial group Ⅱ and trial group Ⅲ,Which were fed with the diet adding 0,5%,10% and 15% BTTL,respectively.There were 3 replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate.The nutrient levels of diets for all groups were basically the same.The results showed as follows:(1) ADG of trial group Ⅰ was similar to that of the control group(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the decrease of ADG in trial group Ⅱ and trial group Ⅲ was 14.05% and 27.61%(P<0.05),respectively.The ADFI of trial group Ⅰ was slightly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the decreases of ADFI in trial group Ⅱ and trial group Ⅲ were 6.05% and 11.07%(P<0.05),respectively.With the increase of BPTL level,F/G of all trial groups was increased,trial group Ⅰ was slightly higher than the control group and the difference was not significant(P>0.05),trial group Ⅱ was 9.98% higher than the control group(P<0.05),and trial group Ⅲ was 23.75% higher than the control group(P<0.05).(2) Compared with the control group,dressed percentage,percentage of half-eviscerated yield with giblet and percentage of eviscerated yield in trail groups were all increased,and the higher of the adding level of BPTL,the higher dressed percentage,percentage of half-eviscerated yield with giblet and percentage of eviscerated yield.Compared with the control group,the percentages of abdominal fat yield in trial groups were significantly decreased,and which of trial group Ⅲ,Ⅱ and Ⅰ was 60.86%,52.91%and 40.06% lower than that of the control group,respectively(P<0.05).(3) Compared with the control group,serum TP,ALB,AST and ALP levels increased to a certain extent,TG and TC levels were decreased to a certain extent,and UA level was significantly reduced in trial groups.In conclusion,under the condition of this experiment,dietary BPTL could improve growth performance,slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of Magang goose and the recommended rate was 5%.
