摘要
针对目前农机用户界面信息获取性差、界面布置不合理、界面设计不符合人机工程学、界面交互容易引起驾驶员操作疲劳,以及不合理的界面设计与布置会增加驾驶员认知偏差与操作错误等现象,应用Rhino软件建立拖拉机动力模型,JACK软件中建立数字虚拟驾驶员,将Rhino模型导入JACK人机工程软件,进行仿真试验。通过研究驾驶员对农机用户界面的可视域、可达域及舒适性等进行模拟分析,得出传统界面布置与存在的人机交互问题,优化设计目标、验证设计的可靠性。结果表明:JACK软件的结合设计有利于提高驾驶员的操作准确性、舒适性和安全性,减少不必要的实验费用,可为农机用户应用界面更加人性化、合理化提供参考。
At present,the user interface information of agricultural machinery is poor,the interface layout is unreasonable,the interface design does not conform to ergonomics,and the interface interaction is easy to cause the driver's operation fatigue.The unreasonable interface design and layout will increase the driver's cognitive deviation and operation error.The dynamic model of tractor is built by Rhino software,and the digital virtual driver is built by JACK software.The Rhino model is imported into JACK ergonomic software.The advantages and disadvantages are described and the experiment simulation is carried out.Through the study of the driver's simulation and analysis of the visual domain,reachable domain and comfort of the agricultural machinery user interface,the traditional interface layout and existing human-computer interaction problems are obtained.On this basis,we optimize the design objectives and verify the reliability of our design.JACK software design is conducive to improve the accuracy,comfort and safety of the driver’s operation,reduce unnecessary experimental costs,and provide convenient reference for the user interface of agricultural machinery to be more humanized and rationalized.
