摘要
目的系统评价季铵盐类消毒湿巾在医院环境内物体表面消毒的效果。方法计算机检索万方数据、中国知网、SinoMed、PubMed、The Cochrane Library和Embase等数据库,搜索建库至2021年4月18日期间发表的季铵盐类消毒湿巾消毒效果相关文献。用Review Manager 5.2软件和Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入12篇文章,包括16个随机对照试验。消毒15 min后,季铵盐类消毒湿巾(试验组)与传统含氯消毒液浸泡的小毛巾(对照组)均能达到消毒合格率100%,而消毒2 h和6 h后,试验组消毒合格率均显著高于对照组。结论季铵盐类消毒湿巾能够为物体表面提供比传统消毒方式更长效的消毒效果。
Objective To systematically review the disinfectant efficacy of compound quaternary ammonium salt wipes for surfaces in hospitals.Methods WanFang Data, CNKI,Sinomed, PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase were electronically searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of compound quaternary ammonium salt wipes for surfaces in hospitals from inception to Apr 18 th, 2021. Then meta-analysis was performed with Review Manager 5.2 software and Stata 12.0 software.Results 12 articles and 16 RCTs were included.15 min after the disinfection with compound quaternary ammonium salt wipes and chlorine-containing disinfectant, qualified rates were both up to 100%.2 or 6 h after the disinfection, qualified rate of test group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusions Compared with chlorine-containing disinfectant, compound quaternary ammonium salt wipes can provide a longer term disinfectant effect on object surfaces.
