摘要
本文对大豆低聚糖检测方法的研究现状进行分析,介绍了离子色谱-脉冲安倍检测法、亲水作用色谱-质谱法、红外反射光谱法、核磁共振法等在大豆低聚糖检测中的应用,并对相关方法的检测机理、条件及结果进行对比分析,为低聚糖检测方法选择提供参考。
This article analyzes the research status of soybean oligosaccharide detection methods, and introduces the application of ion chromatography-pulse abe detection, hydrophilic interaction chromatography-mass spectrometry, infrared reflectance spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance in the detection of soybean oligosaccharides, and compare and analyze the detection mechanism, conditions and results of related methods to provide a reference for the selection of oligosaccharide detection methods.
