摘要
对包括羊肚菌属14个样品、盘菌属1个样品、钟菌属2个样品、鹿花菌属2个样品共19个样品的子囊孢子进行了扫描电镜观察研究,结果表明子囊孢子大小、形态及外壁纹饰在羊肚菌及其近缘属间差异明显,可作为羊肚菌及近缘属的分类特征之一。在羊肚菌属中,依据子囊孢子外壁纹饰可分为2类:一类是子囊孢子表面有肋状条纹,且纹脊较深,包括Morchella angusticeps、M.conica、M.elata、子囊果形态具有三者之间过度特征的种及M.deliciosa,主要属于黑羊肚分枝;另一类是子囊孢子表面光滑或纹脊较浅,包括M.esculenta、M.costata、M.miyabeana、M.crassipes、M.rotunda和M.umbrina,主要是黄羊肚菌分枝。
Totally nineteen ascospore samples(i.e.fourteen samples from Morchella,one sample from Peziza,two samples from Verpa and two samples from Gyromitra)which closely related with the genus Morchella were observed under scanning electron microscope.The size,morphology and outer wall decoration of ascospores are obviously different between Morchella and its closely related genera,which can be used as one of the taxonomic characteristics of Morchella and its related genera.In the genus Morchella,according to the outer wall decoration of ascospores,it can be divided into two categories:one is that the surface of ascospores has rib stripes and deep ridges,including M.angusticeps,M.Conica,M.elata,species with excessive characteristics and M.deliciosa,they are mainly belong to the branch of black morels.The another is the ascospores with smooth surface or shallow ridge,including M.esculenta,M.costata,M.miyabeana,M.crassipes,M.rotunda,and M.umbrina,they are mainly belong to yellow morels branch.
