摘要
从中华文化基因入手,运用《河图》五行与变化理论探讨肿瘤的基本病机,为相火不足,脾胃失调,寒热错杂,燥湿相混,痰火蕴毒。肿瘤的本质是本虚标实,肿瘤的特点是虚、痰、瘀、毒。肿瘤的恶性程度与脾气虚弱程度呈正相关。肿瘤有从脾、肾、肝治之异,实则同归,但从脾为先,从脾治为正治法。肿瘤为全身性疾病,治疗当温下、调中、清上三法并举。
Starting with the gene of Chinese culture, this paper discusses the basic pathogenesis of tumor by using the five elements and change theory of He Tu,which are lack of ministerial fire, imbalance of spleen and stomach, mixed cold and heat, mixed dryness and dampness, phlegm, fire and toxin.The essence of tumor is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The characteristics of tumor are deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin.The malignant degree of tumor was positively correlated with the degree of spleen weakness.There are differences in the treatment of tumors from the spleen, kidney and liver, but the spleen is the first and the spleen is the orthodox treatment.Tumor is a systemic disease, which should be treated with three methods: warming lower Jiao, regulating middle Jiao and clearing upper Jiao.
