摘要
介绍了一起35 kV断路器操作机构故障,通过试验分析、解体检查,指出操作机构受潮锈蚀是断路器拒分、合闸线圈和整流模块烧损的主要原因,更换受损部件后的断路器机械特性参数均合格,投运后运行良好。最后,针对此类问题的分析与处理提出了建议,为今后处理同类型的开关柜缺陷提供了经验。
This paper introduces a fault of 35 kV circuit breaker operating mechanism.Through test analysis and disassembly inspection,it is pointed out that the damp and corrosion of operating mechanism is the main cause of circuit breaker refusing to open,closing coil and rectifier module burning.The mechanical characteristic parameters of circuit breaker after replacing damaged parts are qualified and operate well after putting into operation.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the analysis and treatment of such problems,which provides experience for dealing with the defects of the same type of switchgear in the future.
