摘要 基于现役300 MW CFB锅炉炉内脱硫Ca/S运行经济性差的现状,采取了实炉调整试验和性能测试相结合的研究方法,分析了CFB锅炉炉内脱硫效率低、运行Ca/S高的影响因素,其主要包括运行氧量不佳、锅炉炉内运行床温高及石灰石加入系统手动控制。针对各影响脱硫效率的因素,实炉试验研究了与Ca/S的影响关系,并提出了提高脱硫效率、降低Ca/S的优化技术。通过最佳运行氧量优化试验,研究不同运行氧量下SO_(2)、NO_(x)排放特性,得出在锅炉正常运行负荷区间,空预器入口氧量在4.0%以下,综合脱硫和抑氮效果,最佳运行氧量区间为2.6%~3.2%;通过床压优化调整降Ca/S试验得出,在锅炉运行床压偏低时,升高床压有利于提高炉内脱硫效率;提出石灰石自动控制方案,优化了石灰石加入量基准值、SO2排放变化率修正、SO2排放偏差量修正等污染物控制逻辑。将这些技术在CFB锅炉上固化应用,在此基础上,通过性能试验测试验证技术实施前后锅炉运行Ca/S情况,结果显示:综合采取该项技术,运行Ca/S整体降低16.98%,具有良好应用效果。 Based on the poor operating economy of desulfurization Ca/S in the 300 MW CFB boiler in ser⁃vice,the research method combining furnace adjustment test and performance test has been adopted to ana⁃lyze the influencing factors of low desulfurization efficiency and high operation Ca/S in the CFB boiler,which mainly include insufficient oxygen for operation,high operating bed temperature in the furnace and manual control of limestone feeding system.In view of the factors affecting desulfurization efficiency,the rela⁃tionship between Ca/S and desulfurization efficiency has been studied,putting forward the optimization tech⁃nology for improving desulfurization efficiency and reducing Ca/S.In the optimization test of optimal operat⁃ing oxygen content,the emission characteristics of SO_(2) and NOx under different operating oxygen contents have been studied.The test results show that in the normal operating load range of the boiler,the oxygen content at the inlet of the air preheater is less than 4.0%,and the optimal operating oxygen content range is 2.6%~3.2%combining with the desulfurization and nitrogen suppression effects.The test of Ca/S reduction by bed pressure optimization adjustment shows that when the bed pressure of boiler is low,increasing the bed pressure is conducive to improving the desulfurization efficiency in the furnace.The automatic limestone control scheme is proposed,with the pollutant control logic such as limestone feeding reference value,SO_(2) emission change correction and SO_(2) emission deviation correction optimized.These technologies are solidified and applied in CFB boiler.On this basis,the Ca/S of boiler before and after the implementation of the tech⁃nology has been verified by performance test.The results indicate that the overall Ca/S is reduced by 16.98% by comprehensively adopting this technology,with a good application effect.
