摘要
专利权人作为冰雪装备器材产业的创新主体,其专利竞争力强弱势必会影响冰雪装备器材产业的发展。为了探究我国冰雪专利竞争力的表现,解决专利权人在研发冰雪专利过程中数量与竞争力之间的矛盾,本文运用因子分析法构建了我国冰雪专利竞争力评价指标体系,并对冰雪专利申请数量排名前194的专利权人进行专利竞争力评价,旨在为冰雪装备器材产业全面实现可持续高质量发展提供参考依据。研究表明:个人倾向于技术广度,企业更倾向于技术深度,而高校在这两方面相对薄弱。从整体冰雪专利竞争力评价来看,竞争优势呈现出多元化态势。各类型专利权人在冰雪专利数量与专利竞争力的关联度上呈现出不同的形态分布,企业与高校的专利数量与专利竞争力的转化积极性相对较高。
As the innovation subject of ice and snow equipment industry,the patent competitiveness of the patentee is bound to affect the development of ice and snow equipment industry.To explore China's ice and snow patent competitive performance,solve the patentee in the process of research and development of ice and snow patent the contradiction between quantity and competitiveness,this paper USES factor analysis to construct China's ice and snow patent competitiveness evaluation index system of snow and ice,on snow and ice and patent application number in the top 194 of the patent holder of patent competitiveness evaluation,The purpose is to provide reference for the snow and ice equipment industry to achieve sustainable and high-quality development.Research shows that individuals prefer technology breadth and enterprises prefer technology depth,while universities are relatively weak in these two aspects.From the overall evaluation of snow and ice patent competitiveness,the competitive advantages present a trend of diversification.The correlation between the number of snow and ice patents and the patent competitiveness of each type of patentee shows different patterns of distribution,and enterprises and universities have relatively high enthusiasm for the transformation of patent number and patent competitiveness.
