日粮添加漆树叶粉对鲟鱼生长性能、血清生化及组织抗氧化的影响 被引量:2

Effects of lacquer leaf powder on growth performance,serum biochemistry and tissue antioxidant activity of sturgeon

摘要 文章旨在评估不同水平漆树叶粉对鲟鱼生长性能、血清生化及组织抗氧化指标的影响。试验将600条平均体重为(34.62±0.37)g的鲟鱼随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复50条,试验为10周。3组鲟鱼分别饲喂漆树叶水平为0、1.5%和3%的基础日粮。结果:3%漆树叶粉组鲟鱼的末重和存活率较对照组分别显著提高12.47%和2.81%(P<0.05)。随着日粮漆树叶粉添加水平的升高,鲟鱼相对增重显著升高(P<0.05)。1.5%和3%漆树叶粉组鲟鱼的饲料效率较对照组分别显著提高25.65%和28.58%(P<0.05),同时特定生长率较对照组分别显著提高10.57%和19.44%(P<0.05)。1.5%和3%漆树叶粉组鲟鱼甘油三酯、葡萄糖、极低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,3%漆树叶粉组鲟鱼血清胆固醇浓度显著降低7.58%(P<0.05),但谷草转氨酶活性显著提高21.14%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1.5%和3%漆树叶粉组肝脏丙二醛浓度分别显著降低20.00%和17.04%(P<0.05),同时,肌肉丙二醛浓度分别显著降低37.93%和44.83%(P<0.05),肌肉过氧化氢酶活性分别显著提高44.83%和51.72%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加1.5%~3.0%漆树叶粉可改善鲟鱼的饲料效率和特定生长率,降低肝脏和肌肉中丙二醛含量,其中3%漆树叶粉组改善了鲟鱼血清脂代谢参数。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of lacquer leaf powder supplementation on growth performance,serum biochemistry and tissue antioxidant indices of sturgeon.Six hundred sturgeon with an average body weight of(34.62±0.37)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.Sturgeon in the three groups were fed a basal diet with lacquer leaf level of 0,1.5%and 3%,respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the final weight and survival rate of 3%lacquer leaf powder group were significantly increased by 12.47%and 2.81%(P<0.05),respectively.The relative weight gain of sturgeon was significantly increased with the increase of lacquer leaf powder supplemental level(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed efficiency of 1.5%and 3%lacquer leaf powder groups was significantly increased by 25.65%and 28.58%(P<0.05),and the specific growth rate was significantly increased by 10.57%and 19.44%(P<0.05),respectively.The concentrations of triglyceride,glucose,very low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in 1.5%and 3%lacquer leaf powder groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum cholesterol concentration of 3%lacquer leaf powder group was significantly decreased by 7.58%(P<0.05),but the glutamic oxalacetic transaminase activity was significantly increased by 21.14%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentration of malondialdehyde in liver of 1.5%and 3%lacquer leaf powder groups was significantly decreased by 20.00%and 17.04%(P<0.05),and that in muscle was significantly decreased by 37.93%and 44.83%(P<0.05),respectively.Catalase activity was significantly increased by 44.83%and 51.72%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Diet supplemented with 1.5%-3.0%lacquer leaf powder can improve feed efficiency and specific growth rate of sturgeon,and reduce the content of malondialdehyde in liver and muscle,among which 3%lacquer leaf powder group can improve serum lipid metabolism parameters of sturgeon.
