摘要
通过制定历史决议深入总结历史经验,是中国共产党优良传统和政治优势的重要体现,也是中国共产党人坚定理想信念的重要方式。党在百年奋斗征程中曾制定过三个历史决议,它们都结合当时历史条件有效地维护和坚定了共产党人的理想信念。第一个历史决议即1945年4月党的六届七中全会通过的《关于若干历史问题的决议》,纠正了党内三次“左”倾路线错误,确立了以毛泽东为代表的正确路线,维护和坚定了共产党人革命斗争的理想信念;第二个历史决议即1981年6月党的十一届六中全会通过的《中国共产党中央委员会关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》,纠正了“文化大革命”和毛泽东晚年的错误,但同时维护了毛泽东同志和毛泽东思想的历史地位,使共产党人在社会主义建设事业中把理想信念建立在更加科学的基础上;第三个历史决议即2021年11月党的十九届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》,全面概括了党百年奋斗的重大成就,深刻总结了党百年奋斗的历史经验,在新时代坚定了中国共产党人走向新征程的理想信念。
To summarize historical experience through the making of historical resolutions is not only a good tradition and important aspect of political advantages of CPC,but also an important way for CPC to strengthen their ideals and convictions.In a hundred-year history of CPC,three historical resolutions have been formulated,which have effectively safeguarded and strengthened the ideals and convictions of the Communists under specific historical conditions.The first historical resolution,the“Resolution on Certain Questions in the History of CPC”,was passed at the Seventh Plenary Session of CPC s 6th Central Committee in April 1945.It corrected the three“Left”line mistakes within the Party and established the correct line represented by Mao Zedong.It also safeguarded and strengthened the ideals and convictions of the communists in the revolutionary struggle.The second historical resolution,the“Resolution on Certain Questions of the CPC since the founding of the People s Republic of China”,was adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of CPC s 11th Central Committee in June 1981.It corrected the“Cultural Revolution”and Mao Zedong s mistakes in his late years,which effectively maintained the historical status of Comrade Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong Thought and enabled the communists to build their ideals and Convictions on a more scientific basis in the cause of socialist construction.The third historical resolution,the“Resolution of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party s Centennial Struggle”,is adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of CPC in November 2021.It comprehensively summarizes the major achievements and the historical experience of the Party s centennial struggle and strengthens the ideals and convictions of the communists in the new era.
