摘要
在可持续发展的背景下,生态旅游旨在实现经济、环境和社会三者之间的发展平衡。论文研究目的是通过文献综述,总结基于社区生态旅游的核心理论,揭示成功实现基于社区生态旅游的关键。研究分析了生态旅游与基于社区生态旅游之间的联系,分析了社区在生态旅游发展中的特殊性、作用,以及成为实现生态旅游成功要素的原因。论文指出,基于可持续发展的特征和生态旅游的责任性,以社区为基础的生态旅游成为实现生态旅游可持续发展的突破点,同时,为了确保区域发展和环境保护的目标,必须从经济和非经济角度赋予当地人权利。此外,有必要以合作的方式积极促进利益相关者参与生态旅游的发展。
Under the background of sustainable development,ecotourism aims to keep the balance among economic,environmental and social goals.The aim of this paper is to summarize and reveal the core theories to find out the key to the success of community-based ecotourism by reviewing academic papers.A connection between ecotourism and community-based ecotourism is presented,and the role,particularity,and necessary condition of the community in ecotourism development are analyzed.This paper points out that based on the characteristics of sustainable development and responsibility of ecotourism,community-based ecotourism could be a breakthrough point for success.And to ensure the goals of regional development and environmental protection,the locals must be empowered from economic and non-economic perspectives.In addition,it is necessary to actively promote the participation of stakeholders in the development of ecotourism in a cooperative manner.
