摘要
甘草干姜汤由甘草、干姜组成,药简力宏。唐祖宣教授研究运用经方多年,在临床上独辟蹊径,灵活运用甘草干姜汤加味辨治诸多疑难杂病,常获得良好的治疗效果。文中从甘草干姜汤的应用溯源、临证经验及验案举隅等方面介绍其对甘草干姜汤的认识、理解和应用等,在治疗中以病机为核心,灵活应用,不限于单一病种,故所述咳嗽漏尿、肺积虽病种不同但病机一致,皆用甘草干姜汤加味取效,从而收到异病同治的治疗效果。
Gancao Ganjiang Decoction is composed of Gancao and Ganjiang,the medicine is simple but powerful.Professor Tang Zuxuan has studied the use of Jingfang for many years,and has developed a unique way in clinical practice.He flexibly used this prescription to diagnose and treat many difficult miscellaneous diseases,and often achieved good therapeutic effects.This article introduces Professor Tang Zuxuan's knowledge,understanding and application experience of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction from the aspects of application tracing,clinical experience and typical medical cases,and expands the application idea and scope of this prescription.Although the types of cough,leakage of urine and pulmonary accumulation are different,the pathogenesis is the same.They are all treated with Gancao Ganjiang Decoction to obtain the effect of treating different diseases with the same treatment.
