摘要
实现课程思政元素与专业教学的融合是当下高校专业课程思政建设的关键。本文介绍了《果蔬加工工艺学》课程的思政育人的背景,并对课程实现专业教学与课程思政教学融合的途径、措施进行了详细介绍,为食品专业相关课程开展课程思政教学改革提供参考。
To realize the integration of ideological and political elements with major courses teaching was the key to the ideological and political construction of major courses in colleges.This paper introduced the background of ideological and political education of Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology,and expatiated the ways and measures to realize the integration of professional teaching and ideological and political teaching,which might provide reference for the ideological and political teaching reform of related courses of food major.
