摘要
针对井下弱煤岩、松软低透围岩情况下综采作业采场冒顶事故、巷道垮落事故频发,严重应井下综采作业安全的现状,提出了一种新的矿井综采安全管理技术,通过支架-围岩控制技术及井下巷道主动支护技术提升了井下复杂地形条件下的综采作业安全。根据实际应用,新的综采安全管理技术能够将井下复杂地形条件下的综采效率提升17.3%,将井下巷道冒顶、垮落事故数量降低89.4%,对提升井下综采作业安全性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。
In view of the frequent occurrence of roof fall accidents and roadway collapse accidents in fully mechanized mining operation under the condition of weak coal rock and soft and low permeability surrounding rock,which seriously responds to the current situation of safety in fully mechanized mining operation,a new mine fully mechanized mining safety management technology is proposed.Through support surrounding rock control technology and underground roadway active support technology,the safety of fully mechanized mining operation under complex terrain conditions is improved.According to the practical application,the new fully mechanized mining safety management technology can improve the fully mechanized mining efficiency under the condition of underground complex terrain by 17.3% and reduce the number of underground roadway roof fall and collapse accidents by 89.4%,which is of great significance to improve the safety and reliability of underground fully mechanized mining operation.
