摘要
以福州市高新区某基坑工程项目为背景,研究预应力锚索与SMW工法桩支护结构在滨海深厚砂层基坑中的支护效果。依据工程设计及勘察资料,采用Midas GTS有限元软件建立三维模型,对该组合结构在基坑各开挖工况下土体水平位移、桩身变形、周边地表沉降与锚索拉力等进行分析。研究表明:基坑土体及支护结构的水平位移呈现“鼓肚型”发展趋势,最大水平位移值约出现在0.6倍开挖深度处,基坑周围地表沉降呈“勺状”;预应力锚索拉力曲线呈“驼峰状”,预应力锚索拉力的最大值出现在锚固端与自由端交接处。数值模拟所得桩身水平位移值、预应力锚索拉力值与监测结果基本一致,且均在安全范围内,说明预应力锚索与SMW工法桩支护结构在深厚砂层基坑中的支护效果良好,可为同类工程提供参考。
Taking a foundation pit project in Fuzhou Gaoxin District as the background,the research studied the supporting effect of anchor cable and SMW pile applied in coastal deep sand layer foundation.According to engineering design and investigatation roport,a three-dimensional model is established by using Midas GTS finite element software to analyze the soil horizontal displacement,pile deformation,surrounding ground settlement and anchor cable tension of the composite structure under various excavation conditions of the foundation pit.The research shows that the horizontal displacement of foundation pit soil and supporting structure presents a"bulging"development trend,the maximum horizontal displacement value appears at approximately 0.6 times the excavation depth,and the settlement trend around the foundation pit shows a"spoon"shape.At the same time,the tension curve of the prestressed anchor cable is"hump-shaped",and the maximum axial force of the prestressed anchor cable appears at the junction of the anchored end and the free end.The horizontal displacement value of the pile body and the tension value of the prestressed anchor cable obtained by the numerical simulation are basically consistent with the monitoring values,and they are all within the safe range.It shows that the prestressed anchor cable and SMW pile supporting structure has a good supporting effect in deep sand layer foundation,which provides reference for similar projects.
