摘要
依托斜沟矿18205大采高工作面预掘回撤通道支护设计工程实际,结合矿井18503工作面撤面后井下留有ZY7600/23/47型支撑掩护式支架的有利条件,构建了“锚-索-网联合支护+掩护式液压支架”支承的新型耦合回撤巷道支护方式。依据现场钻孔窥视与巷道表面位移监测结果,在新型支护参数条件下,耦合支护系统对回撤通道围岩稳定产生了积极的控制作用,确保了工作面接替。
Based on the engineering practice of support design for pre excavation and withdrawal passage of 18205 large mining height working face in Xiegou mine,combined with the favorable conditions of retaining ZY7600/23/47 support shield support after the withdrawal of 18503 working face,a new support mode of coupling withdrawal roadway supported by"anchor cable net"combined support and shield hydraulic support"is constructed.According to the results of on-site drilling peeping and roadway surface displacement monitoring,under the condition of new support parameters,the coupling support system has a positive control effect on the surrounding rock stability of the withdrawal channel,which can ensure the normal replacement of the working face and achieve the beneficial effect of saving the production cost of the mine.
