摘要
BIM应用型人才指在工程项目全生命周期过程中基于专业特点开展BIM应用的人员,在当前BIM实施和推广过程中较为紧缺。通过总结当前BIM应用型人才培养途径,分析BIM应用型人才培养存在问题及其原因,提出构建“产学研用”四位一体BIM应用型人才培养体系,通过院校、软件公司、建筑企业、BIM研究院等多主体协作,培养多层次全专业的BIM应用型人才。
BIM applied talents refer to the personnel who carry out BIM application based on professional characteristics in the life cycle of the project,who are the most scarce personnel in the current BIM implementation and promotion process.By summarizing the current ways of BIM application-oriented talent training,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of BIM application-oriented talent training,and puts forward to build a four-in-one BIM application-oriented talent training system of“industry,University,research and application”.Through the cooperation of colleges,software companies,construction enterprises,BIM research institutes to cultivate multi-level and professional BIM application-oriented talents.
