摘要
本文以某定子轴为研究对象,从工艺路线、装夹方式、刀具、加工参数等方面进行分析,针对加工难点,提供了解决方案,形成了合理的加工流程,保证了零件加工精度,为类似细长轴类零件提供技术借鉴。
A stator shaft was researched from the aspects of processing technology,clamping,cutting tools and machining parameters.The solutions for machining problems were presented and the machining accuracy was guaranteed as the formation of reasonable machining process.It provides a technical reference for similar slender shaft parts.
