摘要 为满足白酒企业对白酒中多种微量组分的检测需求,以叔戊醇、乙酸正戊酯、2-乙基丁酸为内标,通过对仪器程序升温、分流比、柱流量等因素的单一改变进行方法条件优化,选用白酒专用色谱柱CP-Wax57 CB(50 m×0.25 mm×0.2μm)和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以标准品保留时间定性,以内标法定量,建立白酒中的乙醛、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、正丙醇、己酸乙酯、己酸等34种微量组分的气相色谱检测方法。34种微量组分能够实现有效分离,在各质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均>0.995,精密度相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为0.2%~4.7%,加标回收率在80%~120%之间。该检测方法重现性好,操作简单,准确度与精密度均满足检测要求,可广泛应用至企业对于白酒中多种微量组分的检验检测中。 In order to meet the detection demand of liquor enterprises for a variety of trace components in liquor,Taking teroppentol,positive pentyl acetate,2-ethylbutyl acid as internal standard compounds,The method is optimized by single change of temperature increase,shunt ratio and column flow,Select liquor special chromatographic column CP-Wax57CB(50m×0.25mm×0.2μm)and Hydrogen Flame ionization Detector(FID),Qualitative by the standard product retention time,The gas chromatography detection method of 34 trace components of acetaldehyde,ethyl acetate,such as methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl butyl,isobutyl alcohol,isovalyl alcohol,ethyl hexate,ethyl lactate,hexate and butyric acid in liquor was established.The 34 microcomponents can achieve effective separation and have good linear relations in each range of mass concentration,The correlation coefficient(R^(2))was above 0.995,Precision relative deviation(RSD)was in range of 0.2%~4.7%,The recovery rate was between 80%~120%.The detection method has good reproducibility,simple operation,accuracy and precision both meet the detection requirements,and can be applied to the inspection of various trace components in liquor.
