摘要
目的分析急诊内科昏迷患者应用人性化急救护理的效果。方法将86例从2019年2月至2020年7月在我院急诊接受救治的昏迷患者并分成两组,予以常规组患者急诊内科常规护理,观察组患者联合应用人性化急救护理,对比两组抢救成功率、致残率、并发症发生率、急救时间、住院时间及患者护理满意度。结果与常规组相比,观察组患者抢救成功率更高,致残率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组对比,观察组急救时间及住院时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组对比,观察组发生窒息、肺水肿、口腔感染、压疮等并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,观察组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊内科昏迷患者应用人性化急救护理可提高救治效率,对于改善病情、控制相关并发症及提高满意度均有重要价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized emergency care for patients with coma in emergency medical department.Methods Eighty-six cases of unconscious patients who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from February 2019 to July 2020 were divided into two groups.Patients in the routine group were given emergency medical routine care,and the patients in the observation group were combined with humanized emergency care.Comparison of the two Group rescue success rate,disability rate,complication rate,emergency time,hospital stay and patient care satisfaction.Results Compared with the routine group,the observation group had a higher rescue success rate and a lower disability rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the first-aid time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the observation group had a lower incidence of complications such as asphyxia,pulmonary edema,oral infection and bedsore,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized emergency care for patients with coma in emergency medical department can improve the efficiency of treatment and the effect of first aid.It is of great value for improving the condition,controlling related complications and improving patient satisfaction.
