摘要
目的研究在骨折术后疼痛中应用耳穴压豆的价值。方法将2018年10月—2019年10月于南昌市洪都中医院接受手术治疗的72例骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法分为对照组(36例)、观察组(36例),对照组采用常规止痛干预,观察组则在常规止痛干预基础上加用耳穴压豆缓解术后疼痛。评估2组术后与干预后疼痛程度变化情况,并记录不良反应发生率。结果术后,2组疼痛数字评价量表(VAS)评分基本一致(P>0.05);干预后,2组VAS评分均呈下降趋势,且观察组降幅更大(P<0.05)。干预后,对照组与观察组不良反应发生率分别为25.00%、5.56%,观察组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在骨折术后疼痛患者中应用耳穴压豆,不仅能有效缓解疼痛,而且不易发生不良反应。
Objective To study the value of applying auricular point pressing in postoperative fracture pain.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019 in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Seventy-two patients with fracture were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)by random number grouping method.The control group received routine analgesic intervention,and the observation group received auricular point pressing on the basis of routine analgesic intervention to relieve postoperative pain.The changes of pain degree after operation and intervention were evaluated,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results After surgery,VAS scores of the two groups were basically the same(P>.05).After the intervention,the VAS scores of both groups showed a downward trend,and the decrease was greater in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group was 25.00%and 5.56%,respectively.The comparison showed that the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is not only helpful to relieve the pain,but also not easy to produce adverse reaction to apply auricular point pressing in the pain patients after fracture.
