摘要
结合水下井口采油树系统自身结构和API 17D标准,采用Solidworks三维建模,设计了一种便于采油树水下安装的下部导向框架。该框架采用高强度结构钢焊接而成,导向装置采用喇叭口结构。通过ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对框架结构进行力学分析,证明该框架整体具有足够的承载力。对应力集中部位进行结构优化,使框架的结构设计更合理。通过水下安装试验证明,该种结构的导向框架结构简单,具有较高的使用性能,提高了水下采油树的安装效率。
Combined with the structure of the subsea wellhead tree system and API 17D standard,a lower guide frame convenient for the underwater installation of the subsea tree was designed by using SolidWorks 3D modeling.The frame is welded with high-strength structural steel,and the guide device adopts a bell mouth structure.The mechanical analysis of the frame structure was carried out by ANSYS Workbench,which proved that the whole frame has sufficient bearing capacity.The structural optimization of the stress concentration part makes the structural design of the frame more reasonable.The underwater installation test shows that the guide frame of this structure has a simple structure,high service performance,and improves the installation efficiency of the subsea tree.
