摘要
变压器生产中存在没有注明情况下“以铝代铜”的现象,严重威胁了电力系统的安全运行。为了有效辨识变压器绕组的材质,首先分析了谐波作用下导体内谐波电流密度分布情况,推导出导体谐波电阻的计算公式,同时总结了经验公式。然后分析了绕组材质对变压器绕组结构尺寸的影响,基于此提出了变压器绕组材质的无损辨识方法,最后通过仿真验证了其可行性。仿真结果表明:谐波电阻系数取决于半径与趋肤深度的比值,相同铭牌参数的铜铝变压器在谐波作用下其短路电阻不同,通过测量变压器谐波电阻可辨识其绕组材质。可见,谐波电阻测量法简单有效,具有较高的工程应用价值。
The phenomenon of“aluminum instead of copper”exists in transformer production without indication,which threatens the safe operation of power system seriously.In order to identify the material of transformer winding effectively,a nondestructive identification method was proposed.Firstly,the distribution of harmonic current density in conductor was analyzed,the formula of conductor’s harmonic resistance was deduced,and the empirical formula was summarized.Then the influence of winding material on the size of transformer winding was analyzed.Based on this,a nondestructive identification method of transformer winding material was proposed.Finally,its feasibility was verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the coefficient of harmonic resistance depends on the ratio of radius to skin depth,the copper aluminum transformer with the same nameplate parameters has different short-circuit resistance under harmonic action,and the winding material can be identified by measuring the harmonic resistance of transformer.It can be seen that the method of harmonic resistance measurement is simple and effective,and has high value on engineering.
