摘要
目的探讨腕踝针在混合痔术后换药疼痛的应用效果。方法方便选择该院2019年10月—2020年10月混合痔手术后换药治疗的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者经评估术后疼痛情况,口服止痛药双氯芬酸钠缓释片,并给予常规处理。观察组在对照组基础上给予腕踝针疗法。记录两组患者换药疼痛评分、换药平均时间和对护理的各维度满意度及总满意度。结果两组患者换药前的疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者换药后即时,换药后0.5、1、2、3、6 h疼痛评分,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者信任关系、职业技术、健康教育、总满意度为98.33%、100.00%、100.00%、98.33%,均高于对照组的86.67%、91.67%、88.33%、85.00%,差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.038、-3.185、-4.836、-4.061,P<0.05)。结论混合痔患者经评估术后疼痛情况,口服止痛药并给予常规处理后,在术后换药过程中应用腕踝针疗法可以有效缩短换药时间,降低患者的疼痛程度,提高护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on the pain of dressing change after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods Conveniently selected 120 patients who had mixed hemorrhoids undergoing postoperative dressing change treatment in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given an oral pain reliever diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets after assessing their postoperative pain,and were given routine treatment.The observation group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Recorded the pain scores of the two groups of patients when changing dressings,the average time of dressing changing,and the satisfaction in all dimensions and total satisfaction of nursing satisfaction.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups of patients before dressing change(P>0.05).Both groups of patients immediately after dressing change and 0.5,1,2,3,and 6 hours after dressing change pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of dressing change in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient's trust relationship,occupational technology,health education,and total satisfaction of the observation group were 98.33%,100.00%,100.00%,98.33%,all higher than the control group's 86.67%,91.67%,88.33%,85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-4.038,-3.185,-4.836,-4.061,P<0.05).Conclusion After evaluating postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,taking orally analgesics and giving routine treatment,the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture during dressing change after surgery can effectively shorten the time of dressing change,reduce the degree of pain of the patient,and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
