摘要
目的分析剖宫产麻醉期间罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼的临床应用价值。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月于该院产科展开剖宫产手术分娩的80例产妇作为研究对象,回顾性分析产妇临床资料,应用随机数字表法将纳选对象划分为两组,设定为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组应用罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼麻醉,对比分析麻醉效果,评估指标包含麻醉效果、不良反应发生概率、疼痛评分、血压及心率、免疫功能、临床指标。结果麻醉后,观察组6、12、24、48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉后,观察组SBP(113.84±9.14)mmHg、DBP(76.26±6.89)mmHg以及心率水平(77.44±7.16)次/min,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.266、9.853、2.827,P<0.05);术后,观察组免疫功指标数值相对对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产分娩的产妇在麻醉期间应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼可以保证血流动力学稳定,在提升麻醉效果的同时可以减少麻醉期间不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性,在临床上可借鉴和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil during cesarean section anesthesia.Methods A total of 80 case parturients who had undergone cesarean section in the obstetrics department of the hospital in January 2019 and December 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The clinical data of the parturients were retrospectively analyzed and the random number table method was used to include them.The selected subjects were divided into two groups,which were set as the control group and the observation group,each with 40 case.The control group was anesthetized with ropivacaine and the observation group was anesthetized with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil.The effect of anesthesia was compared and the evaluation index included the effects of anesthesia,the probability of adverse reactions,pain scores,blood pressure and heart rate,immune function,and clinical indicators.Results After anesthesia,the pain scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after anesthesia,the observation group had SBP(113.84±9.14)mmHg and DBP(76.26±6.89)mmHg and heart rate levels(77.44±7.16)beats/min,which was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.266,9.853,2.827,P<0.05);after surgery,the immune function index values of the observation group compared with those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil during cesarean delivery during anesthesia can ensure hemodynamic stability,improve the effect of anesthesia and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia,and has high safety,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
